Authentication of TOR/Diploma in CHED.
1. Verify first your university procedure regarding this. Some universities have different protocals regarding this.
2. If you university approved you to bring the documents personally in CHED follow this steps.
3. Go to CHED :
CHED 2nd Floor CP Garcia Avenue, UP Diliman Quezon City.
4. Bring your original and certified true copy of your TOR/Diploma
( certified true copy should be in dry sealed from your university)
5. Pay the fees.
6. Claim the documents in DFA!

hi po… ask ko lang ko about claiming my tor sa DFA, what if po nawala yong claiming stub, what yong consequence for me to get my aunthenticated TOR?

If ever nawala ang claim stab mo, you can just go to DFA and approach mo sila basta bring your ID tapos tell them na nwaala mo yung claim stab mo. case to cases kasi eh depende kung san ka matapat na window. Pero try to talk to those people na nasa window ng DFA…

mga gaano katagal yung pagprocess nang ched for authentication nang TOR and diploma? kelangan ba bago or updated yung TOR ko?

not necessarily updated sya… it depends kung saan mo e susubmit ang TOR mo

hi for the processing fee…
you will pay 75 pesos at ched per document.
and then upon releasing of your document in DFA you will pay 100 pesos each for the document..
