National Guard Health Affairs – NGHA
National Guard Health Affairs (NGHA) is a large health organisation providing modern medical care to National Guard employees and their dependents, as well as to Saudi Nationals with tertiary health problems. Under the umbrella of NGHA , there are four hospitals and sixty primary and secondary health centers around the Kingdom.
The four hospitals have expanded over the last few years to become major medical cities; namely King Abdulaziz Medical City (KAMC) in Riyadh, King Abdulaziz Medical City (KAMC) in Jeddah, King Abdulaziz Medical City (KAMC) in Dammam (properly known as the Imam AbdulRahman Al-Faisal Hospital) and King Abdulaziz Medical City (KAMC) in Al Ahsa.
The four medical cities provide an extremely high standard of medical services including international Paediatric Surgery, Open-Heart Surgery, Oncology Center, Organ Transplantation, Laparascopic Surgery, Trauma Surgery, and many high-calibre tertiary and quaternary medical specialties. A recent project completion sees a new, 3,200-square-metre E.R unit including a trauma section, an adult clinic, a paediatric clinic, and an Obs/Gynae clinic.
Employee accommodations are adjacent to the hospital and are equipped with excellent recreational facilities, including an Olympic-sized swimming pool, tennis courts, movie theatre, gymnasium, and weight rooms.
Al-Hada Armed Forces Hospital – Taif
Al-Hada Hospital, opened in 1980, is a modern, acute care facility with 368 beds located ten miles Northwest of Taif. Extensive medical and nursing services are offered including open-heart surgery and kidney transplant. The hospital provides the latest state of the art care in the renal medicine (dialysis), burn care, general intensive care and coronary care, obstetrics & gynaecology, neonatal intensive care, paediatrics; orthopaedics and various medical and surgical specialities.
The medical staff includes over 160 physicians, the majority of which are western educated and board certified with a resident staff of 25.
The nursing staff employs about 140 western nurses and an additional staff (about 250) of RNS, LPNs and aids under the direction of a strong nursing administrative staff. Ancillary services include comprehensive laboratory therapy, physical therapy and pharmacy.
Dallah Hospital & Western Region – Al-Kharafi

basically, sa mga private hospitals they have lesser salary and lesser benefits compared sa mga govt or military hospitals in saudi arabia..

also i was lined up for interview sa prince sultan cardiac center, riyadh.. anu po kaya ang mas magandang piliin?

It’s all up to you. they are all under government kaya its the same lang when it comes to salary at mga laws nila. But nagkakaiba sila sa bed capacity, sa cases na hina handle at ang increase it depends kung sino ang director ng hospital. Do some research and then compare it and decide…
